Title: Termignoni - How can you tell if they are genuine? Post by: MonsterMadMarty on April 07, 2015, 10:07:13 PM I went to look at a '94 M600 today and was wondering how can you tell if Termignoni's are real or if it's just a genuine sticker! No markings, no branding except for the stickers each side!
What else should I look for? (Couldn't get bike started so sound was no clue!) My carbon, oval Termis on my M900 fit beautifully. No wobbles. But do you notice that the LHS oem muffler is always loose compared to the RHS? Every older Monster I've seen has that. Must be the headers. It seems to affect every insert style muffler, but my Termis clamp from the outside with an inner sleeve. My oem mufflers are made by Silmoto, but I have also seen them made by Remus (for the older '93-2001 bikes). Both wobble on the LHS. Anyone shed any light on this?
