Title: Motowheels Service Leaves Something to be Desired

Motowheels has a great selection and great prices and if you can get someone on the phone they seem like very nice knowledgable guys. My beef is with their service. I placed an order on 4-23 called back later to add an item to my order and they never called back. Called again the next day and sent an email. Still no response. I figured it was too late as the item was probably already out the door. For one small Rizoma Reservoir $13.88 shipping. Monsterparts charges $6 to ship the same item. Come to find my item didnt ship out for 5 days and is targeted to arrive on 5-4 . Plus my DMF discount never got applied. So yeah great selection, great prices but the service could stand some improvement. At a minimum the communication could be improved.

Take it up with them again and give them the feedback. My understanding is they are short staffed at present and snowed under. If it helps I can tell you they feel bad about it and hope to resolve the situation. I know this from emailing them with my own concerns which arose out of parts supply issues completely out of their control.
I'm communicating with them at present about a part that is really the mfrs issue, but they are getting the feedback as the retailer. The mfr is Italian; good luck with me having accessible dialogue there! These things happen to you sometimes in business and you can on occasion wear responsibility for issues that really originate elsewhere.
