Nice hot and sweet end result.
Licking the ladle after scraping the last of the seeds out of the pot was a mistake. :P
Looks great! Based on the peppers you used, I imagine that last lick was a warm one!

It was indeed....
Jam is nice. Whenever you get a bot of viper in the mix it is certainly hot...
First tasting at lunch today. Spicy but very sweet. Flavour just keeps on growing. My lips were still stinging a long while after.
Son will try it tonight, be good to get a 2nd opinion. Then will take to work tomorrow for some people to try.
