Explaining what we know instinctively a lot of times. We have all had that "oops I am too fast for this corner" moment. MSF courses for a long time taught NOT to brake while leaned over, ever (this may have changed, I hear they have a new curriculum). I understand that Total Control may teach this or something like it... the nearest Total Control clinic is 3-4 hours away from me. If you started on small, light dirt bikes with poor brakes at the age of 14 then your perspective is different then if you learned later in life from and MSF course. |
