G/Day guys, Id like to pick your brains ...
Im building up an old M750 (year 1997) ... I have a new set of 11.1 Ferracci drop ins Im going to fit and have been offered a set of 620 heads. Am I right in thinking 620 heads have larger valves and will fit up to the M750 motor ?
Brgds, Von Eisen

Thanks DarkMonster620

Not 100% but I thought that the 620 & the 750 have the same size valves but the 620 has better cams. The 695 & 800 do have bigger valves. I have heard there are some compadability issues with the oil spigot on earlier vs late cylinders, but that may be just the bigger engines. Brad Blacks website has some good info on this http://bikeboy.org/duccamspec.html (http://bikeboy.org/duccamspec.html)
696 heads are said to be the best of that size. Largest valves you can put on that bore
And with 1100 cams is so fun

Thanks for that caperix, I was talking to another member and he too expressed the same thoughts as yourself on the 620 and 750 valves and cams ... I may research the 800 option ... Great link btw, there is some very interesting info written there [thumbsup]
