Match the latch to the tanks year, not the bikes. the piece that connects to the bike (the "U" shaped wire) is pretty much the same for all of them, the bolt pattern/curve/footprint are pretty different. There were shiny metal ones...black anodized metal ones...and black plastic latches. IIRC the length was different depending on the vintage of the tank, but all are somewhat adjustable for length. |
