Help me to find the shop where I can buy piston rings for my M900 (1997 year) with top (first) compression L-ring? ??? You can see it in the picture. I can not find sets of this rings :(

AFAIK, OEM rings are only available through Ducati for big bucks often enough to encourage folk to buy after market high compression pistons. Please follow the advice from many on this board and don't fix what ain't broken. Yes, I agree with Langanobob.
