Title: Led turn signal issues
Post by: xcanuc on December 28, 2015, 09:27:22 PM
I just bought an 01 m600. It has led signals already installed. The left side works great but the right side pulses the headlight and nothing happens to the signals. Anyone seen this issue before?  If not does anyone have the wiring diagram for my bike?

The owner's manual is available here  http://www.ducati.com/services/maintenance/index.do (http://www.ducati.com/services/maintenance/index.do)  and the wiring diagram is in the back.  From your symptoms I would start with the switch then move down to the harness from the switch that runs along the head tube.

Thanks Howie. My next day off is Sunday. Hopefully I can find the issue then.

I did order a new flasher from super bright LEDs and installed it tonight just to check. Now when I try either side turn signal both sides flash.

You need either resistors in series  http://www.monsterparts.com/pc/EE033H/Elec-Signals/EE033H.html (http://www.monsterparts.com/pc/EE033H/Elec-Signals/EE033H.html)  is an example from our sponsor Monsterparts with a directional on both sides or a compatible electronic flasher  http://www.delcity.net/store/LED-Flasher-Relay/p_748191 (http://www.delcity.net/store/LED-Flasher-Relay/p_748191) might work.  Flashers are a crapshoot, resistors work.  This assumes all else is good.
