Title: Question with newer monster and 3keys/ code card Post by: TajPo3 on July 27, 2016, 06:46:48 AM So I've owned 2 ducs before, a 04 monster 620 and a 06 749. Back then I was told every duc came with 2 black keys, 1 red key for making copies, and a code card in case the immobilizer needs to be disabled.
Now I'm close to pulling the trigger on a 14 monster 796 w/abs and the seller said he has two keys. I believe he said black and red, but he might have said 2 black. When I asked about the code card he said the dealer told him ducati doesn't do the code card anymore since 2012 or so Is this correct? Is the 3keys/ code card no longer a thing? What should I expect it to come with? Sorry for the wall of text, I just dont wanna f myself later down the line...
