Some tennants had these in car park spaces and some in extended car park spaces for bikes, small fishing tinnies and jet skis.
In my first home before I built a shed, I parked my Bonneville in the entrance hall, but tool storage was still an issue. I know a few younguns in town living in apartments that could use this.
