Title: Engine Compatibility (a 900cc into a M620 frame)
Post by: MonsterMadMarty on November 27, 2016, 05:33:07 PM
Hi all,

I'm hoping someone can help me!  I have 2006 M620 and I wish to fit a 900cc engine from an 2000 model M900. Obviously I'll be using the 900 injectors and ECU, my question is in regards to the wiring harness! Will I need to use the M900 one or will the current M620 be ok?

Cheers in advance  [thumbsup]

900 harness, and you'll need the 900 instrument cluster.

Are you looking for this to be plug'n'play?

Or are you willing to fab and adapt some stuff?

900 harness, guages & ecu.  OR: 620 stuff and have a custom curve built into the 620's 5.9 ecu.

You'll need to address the 10mm engine bolts into a 12mm frame.
