Title: Stored bike for a year with a dry tank, but what about the fuel in the lines?
Post by: Wzed on March 14, 2017, 04:37:09 PM
I had the biked stored for a year, and I drained the tank beforehand.  Do I need to worry about any fuel in the lines, or is it such an insignificant amount that it won't hurt anything?

Unless I'm mistaken, if you cycle the pump several times the fuel in the lines should return to the tank and mix with the fresh fuel.
