Title: MBP Collets Arrived - Have questions on installation Post by: EEL on July 21, 2008, 02:50:46 PM Got my collets for my S2R800 last week from EMS. Have some questions about installation
1) I vaguely remember (could be wrong) in the past that these don't work w/ ducati OEM shims. Is this still correct??? 2) They look directional. which way does the hump go? Collets didnt come with directions anyone have any pictures? 3) I heard they are a pain in the ass to install. What I want to know is HOW they are a pain in the ass to install. Any tips for installation that would make them LESS of a pain in the ass to install? Thanks in advance.
