That's why you see it entering the fastener in a certain orientation. I'm sure there's a youtube video. Neither one of mine came with it. Never had a fastener back out on its own. I think blue threadlocker & a torque wrench should be sufficient. Seems to me the safety wire thing is kind of a waste of time & energy especially for a street bike. ???
