One major step up point from the current model Neotec is that the Neotec ii is
P/J homologated (in the video, it's called dual-homologated).

What it means is that the helmet has been tested and approved to offer protection in both chin guard up and down position.
While it's not legally-relevant in US (it IS legally relevant in EU, ECE 22-05 country), it is a nice thing. Because, while I personally I wouldn't ride in chin bar up position, a lot of riders would like to do so.

That's great and all, but when are they going to catch up with manufacturers like Roof and Shark whose modular helmets flip all the way to the back to take the chin bar out of the airflow?
