I read that yesterday. Given the current climate I understand, but it is still quite silly. I have been an F1 fan for a long time and there are a lot of things that could be/need to be addressed, and THIS is what they tackle?

F1 just announced today that they are FINALLY getting into the subscription based streaming game! Details are scarce and there is no direct link to anything yet. It doesn't sound like it'll be ready by the first race, they just said "early" in the season. The monthly fee will be between $8-$12 (I am assuming that was USD).

This is good timing as after about 15 years I just gave DirecTv the heave ho!!

Yeah, the DRS. I know we all miss the big engines (they ain't coming back) but the tech on these new cars is off the chain. The speeds are amazing, but for me it's the 'brakes'. I love watching these guys throw the anchor out at the end of a high speed section. I gotta go to a race this year. Would love to see them in Europe. Maybe I can tie it into the WRC race in Finland.

How is this a "huge issue" now? Hasn't this been an issue forever? If it was such a problem, they would have found a solution years ago. Are the drivers really complaining about the mirrors?

It is amazing how little that track has changed over the years. The buildings, yes but not the track itself.

In all of the old films I have see on Monaco I never say the top of the tunnel to know there was a helicopter pad up there, that was cool new information!

I was so effing disappointed Kimi didn't win! I was afraid he was toast when he pitted and Lewis stayed out for several additional laps. Bottas was brilliant the way he held Kimi up.
