Well passed 50 000km's, what to look for?
Uses almost no oil, clean oil, clutch fine, no ugly sounds when starting, valve clearances stays same, belt rollers fine.
Mostly ridden at 4-5000 RPM, rarely sees limiter.
Manual says check clutch pack every 1200 km, really necessary? Seems not.
I doubt anyone checks clutch pack height every 1200 km. Never heard that before either. Anyway, based on what you say, [Dolph]
Look for 100.000km on the instruments 8) [thumbsup]
Then ask again. The MTS is very close to bomb proof
Change clutch when it starts slipping.
I might consider steering head bearings. A tapered roller upgrade is good instead of the cheap ball race type. Lubing the rear sss bearings is important, but I would check them when changing sprockets. Of course you probably check the wheel bearings each tyre change. Keep an eye on the side stand bolts for correct tension each month!
Ooops, it was 12 000 km... Still seems overkill.
Ok, engine is bomb proof. 8)
How about sprag and clutch, at what mileage do you normally service them?

They don't get serviced, they get replaced when they fail or iffy repairs can be done to save money. When you start noticing the starter disengaging before the engine starts. Often they last the life of the bike and if they do fail it tends to be a gradual failure.
