Yes it's built in China. By the Chinese company Zhongneng who own the Moto Morini brand.
But with it's 350cc V-twin it is - I think - a nice nod to the original Morini 3 1/2.

The engine output numbers I've seen are less impressive though: 32bhp & 22ft-lb. All the more disappointing when you consider that in 1975, 50 years ago, the original Morini 3 1/2 managed to crank out 39bhp & 24.8 ft-lb.
A point to consider: HP measurements half a century ago may have been net and not gross.
I do like the bike.
