Title: 2003 M1000 rearsets in 2026
Post by: Duck-Stew on February 01, 2026, 09:59:44 AM
I have a friend who rides an '03 M1000 with some solo rearsets on it.

He's asked me to find a set of foot controls for him and his wife.

I looked all through Ducati KaĆ«mna and Red Racing Parts.  I'm going to continue looking, but does anyone know a source today, in 2026?

Thanks

Wouldnt an S2R series rearset fit your bike? It mounts mostly to the engine doesnt it?

If so, i bought a cheapie pair from China on aliexpress. NGL, they dont look bad. Would they break? I wouldnt think so tbh. I can snap photos of a set I have so you can generally see the quality if you are willing to order and try it out.

Those rearsets won't work on this bike.

The S*R series of rearsets would require the exchanging of the swingarm pivot shaft to have the extensions which the S*R rearsets use as a mounting point.

The extensions are also used as support for the twisting moment that a single-sided arm puts on the engine case when the bike is leaned over.
