i've not yet tried the green,
but the red and yellow are the shizzle [thumbsup]
Cabbage on the grill. Double wrap 1/2 a cabbage in bite sized pieces, throw in 1/4 sweet Vidalia onion, clove (or two) of garlic, couple tabs of butter and throw on the grill. The secret is to put the foil bag of goodness on when heating up the grill so it blackens the cabbage. Sweet, yummy, better than steamed, no mess on the grill, and downright delicious with burgers, porkchops, steak, Italian sausage (whatever goes on the grill).
Yes, someguy, you can add bacon if you want. In fact, that's how I make the collard greens. Bacon fat, collards, little bit of onion, chipolte powder and garlic. Aluminum disposable pan or double wrapped foil.
Yum! Yum!
My wife has been making Baked Beans with Brown sugar & Bacon in it. Yum! [bacon]

there seems to be a fairly standard 'spicy-scale' at most places we go to, sort of 1-5 with 5 being the spiciest...
at the closest place it was something like this
1 flame - mild
2 flames - spicy for most people
3 flames - beginning to hot up
4 flames - hot
5 flames - flames out to whole body
funny enough, but one day i went to a new place... the said, how spicy? i said (feeling bold) 5 flames. they said 'are you sure'? i said yes.
food comes, not spicy AT ALL. next time i go in i say 'how high does the spicy index go? the reply? 35.
now i order 10 and if my stomach is at all off i feel it. every time they say 'are you sure'?
i'd like to see someone do 35.

I can do 35.
slices of bacon.
I had to sign a waiver once for hot buffalo wings. I couldnt eat all 12. I had my mouth in a bucket of ice. It was VERY delicious though.
Oh and i went out drinking that night too (about 5 hours later). I had a 375ml of Vodka. And im sure i had an empty stomach since it hit me very quickly, but none the less, i threw up what looked like prego sauce with chicken bits. It even smelled like it too since all i had was buffalo wings!

pet peeve: when people say "curry" and think it means something specific.
when it comes to the thai variety, i'm a fan of panang, and green (with extra eggplant!)
