Title: Track Days in CO
Post by: mdlb on August 01, 2008, 11:39:05 AM
Just looking for some information on the track days in CO.  I have been searching, but I have yet to find any real information on when/where there are any track days.  Any information would be great.  Thanks

My understanding is that the only places to currently do a track day are Pueblo Motorsports down south, and IMI north of Denver.

Hopefully with PPIR reopening, and two tracks planned out east, we'll have some more options soon.  [thumbsup]

Check out the track days section of www.cosportbikeclub.org if you've not already.  One of the members (Scott aka RYBO) is working on putting together a track day service that will provide instruction, corner workers, medical response svc, etc.

IMI is a good starter track and is cheap.  It's very small and technical, but you can have a good time getting used to the track and being passed by faster riders, etc.

To ride Pueblo you need to have passed a qualified track school.  One of the members of CSC also holds these at the club track days for a reasonable charge.
