Title: Two years and still mod free!
Post by: Popeye the Sailor on August 07, 2008, 11:14:14 AM
No rooster tail in the rain.

No coughing due to slip ons.

No refusal to start after a wash.

No tickets for things non-stock.

No issues whatsoever, and a wallet full of cash.

Still soulless.

;D

i dont see how you guys are making it that long without a mod.  i did my own tail chop within a month (more like 2 weeks) of buying mine. i did it all before i had even found the old forum.  now that im here, i have so many plans and ideas floating around i dont even know where to begin.

i started messing with stuff as soon as i could.  but then again if i never made that first cut i probably wouldnt be doing more stuff.  its always that first one thats the hardest.

i did mods to replace broken parts.

and when i was doing the cans i figured i might as well open up the airbox. and if i was opening up the airbox i might as well get the power commander......

I've only wrapped the core of the Termi's that the PO put on my bike & put two bullet hole stickers where a speed dent graced the tank but didn't damage the paint.  The PO also put on a integrator & removed most of the stuff that hangs down at the back ~

Your seat is not stock, giving me the impression that your grasp of "stock" is shaky, at best.  [cheeky]

The Triumph has a few mods ....

but that's only because the Monster was perfect right out of the crate!  8)
