Title: Rizoma Reservoir question Post by: Bbrent on August 07, 2008, 11:42:08 AM Is it necessary to bleed the brakes and the cluch fluid when installing these or can you clamp it off at the tube swap reservoirs?
Title: Re: Rizoma Reservoir question Post by: herm on August 07, 2008, 04:24:12 PM they should be bled
Title: Re: Rizoma Reservoir question Post by: He Man on August 07, 2008, 04:49:18 PM if your good enough to do it without introducing airbubbles then your fine. but if you have to ask....then yes bleed it.
Title: Re: Rizoma Reservoir question Post by: scduc on August 07, 2008, 05:14:51 PM Try it, You will know right away if you need to bleed. Even the smallest air bubble will make the lever feel flat and mushy.
Title: Re: Rizoma Reservoir question Post by: Alexandre on August 08, 2008, 01:19:52 AM just bleed it... its not THAT much work...
watch out for leakage after install,,, dont overfill Title: Re: Rizoma Reservoir question Post by: supertjeduc on August 08, 2008, 04:34:38 AM I didn't bleed them last time i installed new ones ,air goes up so

Title: Re: Rizoma Reservoir question Post by: Bbrent on August 08, 2008, 12:24:57 PM I bought (2) 26 ml bottom outflow and (1) 27mm side outflow for the front brake. You may want to go even smaller on the rear brake because it's alittle tight down there. I haven't put them on yet. If your thinking of getting them go through PJ's Parts. They are very fast.

Look nice! Think they are the CT017R and 26 cc ,they are big enough for the 8 piston callipers i have so they are more than big enough for stock brakes Title: Re: Rizoma Reservoir question Post by: Carman on August 11, 2008, 01:57:14 AM Thanks SuperJetDuc
Title: Re: Rizoma Reservoir question Post by: PJFZ1 on August 11, 2008, 02:28:19 PM Paige did ours without bleeding.. so if a girl can do it...
Title: Re: Rizoma Reservoir question Post by: asado on August 11, 2008, 08:19:15 PM I bled the fronts but not the rear. I noticed that the rear brakes are a bit soft (softer than usual). Bleeding only takes a few minutes, better to be safe than sorry.
