Oh. Yeah.

After much work, Monstro has just been delivered.

She lives up to her name. There's nothing in the photos for scale, but those tires are 36's. She stands 8 feet tall and slightly over seven feet wide.

Big.

Needs paint.

I figure I can drive over the smart cars  :P

The canvas leaked, and the lead time on getting a new top was quite a bit, so I made that one.

I think the mahogany adds a nice touch-don't you?

I think the lack of snow on the inside added a nice touch.

Technically it's a two door red convertible-who wouldn't want one of those in the bay area?

Leave the red paint. Just add a yellow hammer and sickle and CCCP. That thing looks very Soviet era.
Love it!  [thumbsup]

One of my favorite vehicles.   [thumbsup]

Olive drab is overdone - I'd go with desert tan; military paint is the only way to go for a beast like the M715.

44" Super Swampers, also.

First of all it's "color" not colour...You're not from Canada; you're not Madonna living in England, ya twit...   [roll]

And the color is gunmetal or some sort of scary Jaguar beige.  Don't do that.  Please.  It'll look all wrong with the wood.  My totally unqualified professional opinion is a nice, bright blue.  It'll be a lovely contrast with the wood.  (wtf?  Wood?  On a truck?)  If you do the whole army green thing then you're just one NRHA sticker away from Sundays spent watching Nascar and buying discount Enzyte from Guatamala.

So what's that thing get in terms of economy?  Looks like you shovel coal into it instead of fill it with gas. [laugh]  [/abuse]

I will never understand you and your vehicles.   [cheeky]

No, it's colour not color. And it's tyres not tires.

Anyway, that thing is awesome, never seen one before. Who made them?

And the colour should be flat black applied with a paint brush.  ;)

As for color, personally I'd go olive drab.  No camo.

I had a whole garage full I gave them away for free cause my neighbors were calling the cops on me.

I didn't know you had the M715 I would have talked to you.

I do have some 15" 8 lug 2.5" BS rims, some 1410 - 32 spline yokes, and a King Pin HP Ford D60 high steering arm made by Sky Manufacturing brand new never used.

I gave away the twin sticked NP205, D60 Rear, and the fully splined high angle driveline :(
