that first alloy one i'd seen lots of photos of while it was in progress, but never a finished one.  good to see it complete.
the second one is the road racing (is that what they're called?) bits.  i can't stand those front disc cooling pieces.  one of our customers had them on his 916SP.  looked absolutely crap.
i love the orange one from the museum show.  i haven't been for quite a few years now, and i've not seen that bike before.  mmmmmmmmmmmmm.  orange.

the orange one really grabs me too. simple but what a colour. can't miss that. Matty I dig the trim of colour around the bellypan on that monster, really ties it in to the rest of the rim tape and frame colours in a way I have never seen used before on other bellypans.

wraith those first two pics you posted are nuts!!  Got any more of those bikes? wow. I already liked the factory model, but those mods have taken it to a whole new level.  [thumbsup]

Here y ou go kursed, the bike is called flat red

Not that I mind, I often go into the shed and just stare at it.  :P

threadjack....
I got a convex (half round) file and took out a crescent from behind the stock rear set (I don't do pillions - and if I did, she wouldn't weigh much!) that gave a bit more space and no rubbing on the pipe - seems the right hand side is always the culprit!
threadjack over....

It's just the way he's photoshop-ed. Dropping that background out takes the scale away.
That and the fact it looks like a kit model that someone forgot to put the tail on.

that is a damn fine looking 2/3rds of a motorcycle!
