Actually there was a fast food chain in the states called Roy Rogers that had kangaroo in their burger meat...not sure if they are still around.

I has a kangaroo steak a few weeks ago, and it was delicious. Much better than I expected--no joke. Kind of like really tender venison. Try it if you like exotic meat.
