This was a feature in the latest Popular Science mag and the machine was designed by a college student for transportation design contest. In no part of the article was Yamaha mentioned. Despite the very real looking artwork the vehicle exists only as a rendering, no prototype has been built. Title: Re: A motorcycle you can wear??? I know when I have to glide the flats when skiing that I slow down when I stand up and I maintain speed or go faster when I tuck. I don't need no stinkin contraption that is gonna slow me down, or cut my gas mileage either for that matter.

Post by: cooleye on August 14, 2008, 12:26:31 PM Actually, as you accelerate, it goes flat (ie your are laying down about a foot or two off the ground). So the rush and speed (not sure how fast) would be cool!! I just could not find a photo of how it looks when it is up to speed. So as you speed up, you get flatter, and you are not standing, but "Gliding" along the ground!!
