Title: Need a new drain plug
Post by: blue tiger on August 21, 2008, 03:56:02 AM
Hello all. I stripped my drain plug. Not the case itself but the allen key hole. I need a new one. Is there a good place on line to get one? I don't want to look like a complete tool at the dealership (i will go if I have to.). It's for an 08 S4rs so I need one for the deep sump testa motor. I looked a little online but I'm at work and have stuff to do. I'll check back later because this site always comes through.

<~~~ A sponsor of the site is always a good one. I got a magnetized plug from them.  [thumbsup]

Have you tried your local dealer?  Ducati Seattle also may have them.  ???

Just curious, how did you remove the stripped hex ?
