Title: Nice Central WI Run Post by: WarrenJ on July 17, 2011, 02:15:29 PM Took a 161 mile spin this morning before it got hot. Went West of Wild Rose, up through Almond, up County J and Y to Hwy 29, East of Wausau, back down some other County Roads to 49, back to Waupaca and home. I think I saw 10 cars in the first 89 miles. Some nice open straight roads, some pretty nice twisties, great rural WI scenery. Hwy 49 North of Iola is pretty darn fun. There was a little community called Norske that was real pretty, deep woods, hills and trout streams. A real run ride.
