Title: Website dropped my cart

I had placed 3 items in my cart and when I went back in to look for more items my cart got dumped...

annoying since it was a not so quick to find the ferrodo platinum pads (top recommendation on the 4th page?) and I have a slow connection

Hi,

So sorry about that! The only way the website holds on to shopping cart contents is if you are signed in to the website. Our records show your last order with us was in June last year and that was before we launched the new website. Unfortunately, we were not able to create user accounts for our existing customers on the new website, but I will create one for you now. You will receive an email shortly with your password.

Next day, rebooted and all is well (used Chrome btw) order placed - thanks!

Hey Candice, I've had similar prob as Raux, items dropped from my cart. I wasn't able to get anything
into my cart after that.
I wasn't logged in at the time - so,
I was able to log in, but I still can't get anything to show up in my cart, everything OK over in CACW land?
My account does show previous order activity so it seems I've purchased from your new site (order #200024175
6/2/2011).
btw I'm using both Chrome and IE.
