Title: Class action suit Post by: Major Slow on November 18, 2011, 07:02:00 AM I just received a mailing to opt out of a class action suit about the gas tanks expanding. I have already had a tank replaced. But it severely limits my ability to have it replaced again. Any body else worried about this?

opt out, no extra warranty, but you keep your right to sue comment or object, you have to stay a part of the lawsuit do nothing, warranty gets extended, but you waive your right to sue individually im surprised that i got a mailer, i didnt think the new monsters were affected, what makes the 2012 models any different? |
