My car is the black one right behind me in the pic.  It was strange - the day I bought the SC1000, there were three Corvettes at the BMW Motorcycle dealership (mine being one of the three).  Kinda made me feel "at home".   ;:|

don't expect that ability anytime soon, they've specifically not allowed attachments to keep things a little more streamlined atm..

You've seen the bike before, but it has morphed into a Touring ride now...  All I need is my stock 620 top triple clamp to come in and I can change out the Rizoma clip-ons for a matte black Rizoma bar and 1 1/2" risers.  Woo-hoo, let's ride  8)

Before I put the SC1K away today, I figured I'd pull my other bike out and snap a couple of pics to post here in the official "pic thread".

This was my dirt-bike as a kid.  We lived on a couple of acres in Keller and rode it all over our property.
My dad has kept it all these years.  He gave it to me a few years ago, and I've been keeping it, telling myself someday I'll fix it up.  Oh well, at least it doesn't take up much space.

It's a 1978 Yamaha GT 80.  I have the Texas Title in my dad's name, date issued: 06/01/82 (neat!).
I remember the day we went and bought it (used) up in Flower Mound.  My dad gave me a $100 bill, and my brother a $100 bill to hand to the seller.  Thus, we bought our first motorcycle!   mo:t:
