Title: Cancelled due to TV Coverage Change - Nurburgring WSBK Race Watch
Post by: swanny on August 13, 2013, 04:00:42 AM
I used to do these years ago so I wanted to through this out there.....any interest in getting together and watching the WSBK races from Germany on September 1st?

I live way out in Wylie so I understand if there is little or no interest.

Just like before, I will provide the food.

Chime in if you are interested.

Thanks,

Swanny

The birmingham town houses over off of westgate by the elementary school. Do you have a white monster? I have seen one over on that side of town a few times.

I know where those are.  I do not have any monsters.  Used to have an S2R and S4RS.  Now all I have is an 848 track bike.

That might be me. My parents live right over there and I've gone to visit a couple of times on a white monster 696 :).

Wendy and I might be able to make this!  Granny and Grandpaw should be in town that weekend...

What time, might I ask?

Time is TBD.  How does noon work for everyone?  I can be up at 4:30 for the live coverage but I doubt any folks will be.

Sounds like Noon it is on Sunday.  Everyone is welcome to join.  I won't be on the boards much over the next week as I will be out of country on business.  I will check when I can.  Below is my address.  If you can make it, just pull up in the driveway when you get to the house.

Address:
904 Lorene Drive
Wylie, TX  75098

Well....now BeIn Sport is showing soccer listed tomorrow morning on their schedule and not WorldSBK.  Might need to make an early morning decision depending on if they are showing it live so I can record it vs. 6 PM tomorrow as it is now listed on the TV schedule.   [bang]

Well I guess we won't have any races to watch tomorrow at noon.  I will check the calendar and reschedule for another date.  Damn BeIN sport.

Yeah, I've seen them do that once before to WSBK already this season.  Had five hours of miscellaneous La Lige phoot-ball tivo'd.  WTF  :-X

I am going to buy it for you!

  ;D   Sorry.
