Top popped off and reed came dislodged. I assume its due in part to mileage- as is yours i'm sure. swapping this sumpregnant dog out is far more difficult than it should be. When I tried to turn it, the top half came off the bottom half. Whatever was holding them together, press fit? wasn't holding very well. Probably explains why my engine was always all oily and dirty. new one seems OK the last 2 days.
