Title: Re: Snapchat Post by: duccarlos on May 16, 2017, 10:09:06 AM Hey, Amazon is not even profitable.
Title: Re: Snapchat Post by: Drjones on May 16, 2017, 05:07:57 PM Not quite. They may only make minimal profits on products sold, but more than make up for it on their web services side of the business.
Amazon has a free cash flow to net income ratio of 6 to 1. Primary growth rate metrics are all above 20% when looking at multiple time periods. Return on Invested Capital is above 25% when looking at multiple time periods. Return on Equity is a bit lower than I like, but is improving lately. Title: Re: Snapchat Post by: Drjones on November 14, 2018, 04:37:23 AM Oh Snap!
The DOJ and SEC have subpoenaed Snap (NYSE:SNAP) for information about its March 2017 initial public offering, and the company said it is responding to the requests. The federal inquiries follow an ongoing shareholder lawsuit in which investors allege that Snap misled the public about how competition from Facebook (NASDAQ:FB) Instagram service had affected the company’s growth. That was a good short trade. Title: Re: Snapchat Post by: herm on November 14, 2018, 05:35:19 AM The "in the know" teeenagers stopped using snapchat 6 months ago.
