Not real familiar with the newer models, but check to see if there is a large main fuse near the battery. Also, you say the fuse boxes are OK, but did you check them with a volt meter, or just visually. A meter is the only sure way to tell.

ECU's are very sensitive. Any time you disconnect a battery, the negative lead should be disconnected first. Hopefully you didn't damage the ecu.

Thanks you @ducpainter for you suggest , I checked fuse by voltmeter. Do you know how to check ECU damage or not?

I do not.

That would probably be best diagnosed by a shop with the Ducati diagnostic tool. I hate to say it, but there are some jobs that are best handled by someone with the correct diagnostic software.

Your bike also has main fuses located on/near the starter relay, or solenoid. The manual is a bit unclear. It talks about  30A, and 25A fuses. Some are unspecified, and some are ABS. The info I'm referring to is on pages 256 and 258 of the USA manual.

You can download a manual form Ducati.com. You can get to the site for your country, and download a version in your native language.

Generally you diagnose a bad ECU by eliminating any other cause, then trying a known good computer.  Did you check the 30 amp fuse above the starter solenoid?

Did you reconnect both positive leads to the battery?
