Not human years if they're only a couple  :)

I'll throw in a new frame, two pairs of brake discs and 105,000km to help with the mathematics.

All the built 750's did the same thing. ;)

Yes, but not bulletproof.

They have a weak spot around that area. Just a matter of time..... at least when beaten about. Later cases didn't have the steel ring in the cases/around the main bearings, so I'm not sure....  Next bike or next engine in this bike, whenever that will be, is probably going to be a DS1000

Built in 2012/13 at 50,000km
2013 + 2014 Raced, track day'd and flogged over some of the world's greatest mountains at least 18-20,000km/year

New cases 2014/15, slightly detuned engine helped, slightly more careful rider (?) and less km through '16, '17, '18 before a new crack in '19. So, this time it lasted 105,000km.

What most people can't wrap their head around is the extended use. Ducati riders average 2,500km (maybe the same in the US?), so for them to experience what I have they would have to keep, ride and maintain a bike for ~75 years. I like to learn and experience all this and it actually makes sense economically too - compared to short term ownership.

It's interesting... in my early years of riding, I put 10000mi/16000Km per year on my bikes, but I was young, single, and had time.  I never wound up with a 'high mileage' bike because I always moved up to a bigger, better bike as my riding skill and needs progressed... starting with a 400, and moving to a 650 twin, 750 I-4, a 1000 I-4... and now back to a 800 twin Ducati Monster.  Sadly, in the 4 years I've owned the Monster, I've only put 1600mi/yr on it, but that's because I'm simply limited to what (or who) I have to carry when I go somewhere.

As far as long-term bikes... I still have my Honda XR650L I bought new in 1993.  It has approximately 10000mi on it... or 370mi/year... but some of those have been pretty hard miles!  ;D
