Highlights from the season opener.

Dug out by hand. Ow, ow.

Paula is back from Austria (not a single kangaroo sighting). Did I tell y'all I stupidly removed everything from her office right after she left, removed the crappy tiled floor, put down a heated underlayment, new tile and grout, and put (most) of it back? I brilliantly took no time off to do this, so a lot of it happened late at night. My garden hose kept freezing while I cleaned out my bucket and every part of me hurt.

Toasty warm in that office now, though. It was hitting 55 before. Screw that.

The Sprint was simply outstanding!!!!

I just thought that I would throw this out there to see if it sticks anywhere.  I haven't seen the opening full first race in Thailand but the Tissot Sprint was just outstanding!  A keeper and one of the best ones to replay if you want to show someone a truly exciting race.

A father is asked by his friend, "Has your son decided what he wants to be when he grows up?"

"Yes, he wants to be a garbage collector," he replies.

To this his friend responds "Strange ambition to have for a career."

"Well, he thinks that garbage collectors only work on Tuesdays!"

I have only been out of the house two, or three, times in the last month.
