Exactly that, yes. This place feels familiar, and foreign at the same time.  For us now, Portugal feels more like home.

Plenty long enough.  Been decades since I arrived at LAX after a similarly long fight which mind-bendingly got me to LAX 2 hours before I left MEL

How's being back in the US feel?  You got that "foreigner everywhere" feeling going on yet?
