1098 down...any idea who, or how he is?

Just a quick check to see if anyone knows a guy (Greg, I think) that rides a 1098.  I was heading home yesterday and saw a bike in the center of Old Bridge Rd just east of the Prince William Pkwy (Woodbridge, VA).  I talked to the officer for a minute, but she didn't have any of the details...I was hoping someone would know who this may have been and his status.  I hope he is doing alright, I heard that he was not wearing any type of gear and that a car was also involved.
