I miss playing pool...

No, not pocket pool..   

I used to play pool all the time at school and now I don't have anyone to play down here. All the guys at work are pansies and don't wanna lose so they won't play me.  They don't even know if any good but because I bring it up they expect that I'm good. Anybody play pool? Know a place nearby you that is good to play? I'll travel a bit to get a good game. I think the only people I played were Garrett and Matt when we to Dromo some 2 years ago.

Wow, looks fancy.  Is more the type of place where a girl would actually dress like that or a place where guys would dress down like the ones in T-shirts?  I'm getting mixed messages from the pics. Maybe I'll go scout the place out tonight. I should get there around dinner time.

The Shark Club was a pretty nice place to shoot...
but, then years later it got to be a night club hang out with cover charge and all the snooty BS....
no longer a serious pool player's place.......
I played there about a decade ago when it was a real pool hall, upscale but real.
No more, from what I here.

I managed to find it but they were closed for memorial day. I tried to find another local hall called Q club but couldn't find it. I think I'm gonna try to hit the Classic Q tomorrow after work.

Um... yeah... I've been doing that a lot recently.  Labor day.... Memorial day... Whats the difference.... It's just another Monday holiday, right?  Memorial day actually has a purpose so I remember that one. I don't know what the reasoning behind Labor day is so I keep calling it memorial day.
