Holy crap, this was MUCH easier than a 4V Ducati!!!    [laugh]

Step 1. Two Bud Lites.    [drink]  I used to think this was a joke, but a few beers relaxes me and makes me work a little slower.   ;)

On my Bandit (16 valve in-line 4; 20k miles since last adjustment!!), two valves were in the middle of the range, two were out of range, and the remaining 12 were on either the upper or the lower limit.  I adjusted 14 of them so that they were in the middle of the specified range.  Adjustment is by a lock nut and tappet!!!   NO SHIMS!!!  :D  [thumbsup]

I also bought a Carbtune manometer and synched the carbs (also fun and easy), and turned the A/F screws out 1/4 turn.

Holy cow does it run better!!!  Damn!!!   Man, I can't wait to go on a trip!!!  Canada, here I come!!!   [moto]  [drink] (in that order)   I'd better brush up on my Canadian, eh?   ;D

Oh, I also used Bluegauges.com to install blue LEDs into my gauges (the Bandit gauges are more complicated than the Monster ones, and my eyesight ain't too good  :P ).  Looks "THE DOG'S!"  [laugh]
