Gaspar, Melchior and Balthasar kicked me out of the band..... they said I didnt fit the image they were trying to project.

I don't understand why he's being suspended for this.

Do they want him to pay her for her services and then have her return the money as payment for his services instead?

it might have something to do with the fact that his "client contended he touched her inappropriately during those dances, and she went to police in 2002 with sexual assault allegations."

correct. but it seems like the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission doesn't care for attorneys bartering services for... "favors".
