made a set of axle sliders from a set of skateboard wheels and some allthread for about ~$12.

installed a new chain that is a link longer for about an extra inch of wheelbase for better weight distribution and sort of but not really helping to keep the front wheel on the ground.

ANNND, made the dual muffler exhaust into a single muffler with only a new midpipe, and dropped about 10 lbs. of weight in the process chug

That looks sweet OneSpeedPaul! I would love to get one of those sets for my GT1000..  Grin
