Anyone need to get out of the house for a while? I don't really care where all the cool places down by me were under 12' of water or are completely gone.

Anyplace up in town that has electricity and cold beer?

I may be able to make this. Rudz would definitely bring back a strong sense of normalcy. waytogo  Alvin mentioned some parts of that area are still without power. Anyone know if Rudz is back up and running?

Someone drop Hiero a line about this, he may be able to double book us in his calender.  cheeky

Thanks IZ. Yep, after living and breathing all the doom and gloom I gotta dust off the old blinders and start using them. Otherwise I might end up slitting my wrist just to make sure I can still feel pain.  vomit

Sadly, I will be in North Carolina on Thursday and won't make the meet... I really really need to ride the bike after being gone so long!  <teaser> ... I may have a new 4 wheeled steed to take to the next meet ...

You know how long I've been looking for a new car for quite some time... I've been saving up for this.  Better investing in a car than losing as fast as my 401k is!!
