How does the bar end and CRG mirror change the turn radius? Do they bump up against the tank covering? That was one of the big improvements over previous Monster models. Bill

No impact at all... the bar "meets" the tank at the controlls, not at the end of the bars.  (as a matter of fact, i can't fully turn the bars with my hands on the controlls anyway)  But the barends and mirrors are well clear.

That's great - looks like the next project. Just finished installing CRG shorty levers. They are easy to put on and make a big difference, especially for those of us with smallish hands.

Just got it done.   [thumbsup]

Just one suggestion: I found it much easier to pull the OEM plastic bar end with a plier instead of wedging a screwdriver between the handlebar and bar end.

Took me three seconds to pull out the plastic bit.  No scratches on the handlebar...
