Buy a set of islands in the Pacific, set up my own despotic dictatorship (which would be moot because the islands would be inhabited, but who wouldn't want to buy their own country and get the titles?) Benevolent Lifetime Dictator and Grand General of the Republic of Cormierland has a nice ring to it, would look good on my (solid gold) business cards.

I would build High speed rail from San Diego to Vancouver B.C. and spend the rest on city subways, a House, a couple of new bikes & track days for 2009. I might even go out for some beers.

I'd spend the bulk of it on charitable works and just keep a meager annual .01% management fee.

I'd be hard, but my 100 Million annual salary would just have to do...
