I haven't donated blood before, And it's about time I did, so i just signed up & am going to be a regular donor. If you have already donated, post up. If you haven't donated, it will take about an hour of your time and could help save 3 lives. And hope that none of us or our loved ones ever need it.

ps, make sure you donate blood on a day off. The line is processed slowly, but worth it for a great cause.

i used to donate then the doctors said i cant anymore. i donated for years and i love doing it, and if i could i would again, but that is not going to happen.

I used donate blood  too, but few years ago they stopped me since I lived in Europe during the Mad cow disease thing, and I was deployed in Somalia while in the Army...
