Huge vendor sale that I heard was to be cash only in tents out front. I was planning on hitting it pretty early... anybody else got thoughts of checking it out??  Grin

On a side note... I swear posts are appearing and dissappearing on the DMF... anybody else see that?

Yah, I got some really great deals 2 years ago at this event!!!  I'm thinking of hitting it at 9 as soon as they open.

Yah on the disappearing posts thing too.  I thought it was just me becuase a lot of times lately I try to post and it'll tell me my session has timed out and won't process.  Angry

If any of you want to buy me stuff from this sale, just so you know I am not going to say no. I mean, don't hold back on account of me, I know I can find it in my heart to forgive you if you bought me stuff.

tip:

go back at 4:45pm. Right before they close, if you see something you want just walk up to the vendor and offer them something for it. They will usually sell it just to get rid of it so they wont have to pack it back up again. Usually way less than they are asking.

Unless they're gonna have a halfway decent one or two piece track suit there, I need to be saving money instead of spending.

Besides, I need to wait 'til after Tuesday (the 4th) before I know kinds of things what will be highest on my priority list.  You know... stuff the incoming government might want to ban.  Evil

Yuck - I avoid lamphere.  I went in there the other day looking for gloves.  Only gloves I found were just crap, cheap, knock off brand, or off-road related, many in a big plastic bucket for you to rummage through.  No XL's or XXL's.

The attire racks are just haphazardly crammed in the aisles.  Just bugs me - it's like a big messy warehouse outlet.  Makes me a little clausterphobic maybe.

I wouldn't mind going if they made it a little less wal-marty.  And hired somebody cute and smart like Erica or Kat.  cheeky

We'll know on Wednesday, after "they" figure out the results from Tuesday night.

I was down there around 10am. Alot of stuff at good prices.

I saw an new black Alpinestar TZ-1 leather jacket for $200..... and alot of other good stuff. I just went for the ride and to check it out. I really dont need anything so didnt buy anything. If your actually looking to buy something like a jacket nows the time to do it. There is ALOT of people there though, so go now.

Lotsa peeps.  I wasn't overly excited about the selections.

If you're looking for a helmet though there are 2 vendors that have some great prices on Scorpion, KBC, and Sharks.

I got a free hot dog and ~1 hour of freedom so it wasn't a complete loss.
