This is why riders should stay in shape! The bike/road conditions will impose forces upon your body, and you need to be physically fit enough to overcome these forces, whether they are prolonged(fatigue) or abrupt(maneuvering around the defunct dryer that just broke free of the hay strings on the back of Fred Sanford's truck)
